BUILDTECH WAS ENGAGED ON THIS PROJECT AS THE MAIN CONTRACTOR AFTER BECOMING THE SUCCESSFUL TENDERER CHOSEN FROM SEVERAL BIDS.

This Shakespeare Road property was a specific engineered design for the raft foundation system with driven piles and heavily reinforced concrete raft foundation with concrete block structural walls and structural steel portal frames and steel purlins. A modified plaster system was applied for a more modern appearance. Aluminium doors and windows with container access roller doors were also carried out.

Buildtech worked successfully with the Body Corporate to achieve this 1,000m² build project within five months.
