Riccarton Development

Working with HNZC, Buildtech builds four new homes for our Christchurch Community in need of a warm, dry and safe place to live.

Working with Housing New Zealand, this project took a section in Riccarton, Christchurch and converted it from an old single dwelling to four, single bedroom, light, bright, well insulated and low maintenance age friendly homes within walking distance of the Riccarton mall and town centre. These homes will make a great 2017 Christmas present for the occupiers.
