Buildtech took on the scoping, reinstatement reporting, project management and construction of this 301m², five-bedroom character home in Fendalton.

The owner purchased the property 'As Is Where Is' and sought to have it reinstated and renovated to appeal to the Fendalton market. The team at Buildtech managed the design, consenting and construction to a fixed priced budget. The work included a full foundation relevel, substantial rewiring, full exterior and interior redecoration, new plumbing, new bathrooms and a brand new kitchen.
