Mangere Development

IN PARTNERSHIP WITH HOUSING NEW ZEALAND, BUILDTECH ARE COMPLETING THIS REDEVELOPMENT OF 10 NEW HOUSES.

Work is underway on this 10 house development in Mangere, South Auckland. 

Three older houses were previously on the site but these will be replaced by 10 modern units, including a mixture of 2 bedroom units and 4 bedroom stand alone houses.

Buildtech are undertaking the full redevelopment of this site on behalf of Housing New Zealand. This involves all stages of the design and building consent process, all civil works, and construction and landscaping.
